10 for Whatever!

1) Every week I have been getting together with my friends over at my house for a "Craft Night" which has been a lot of fun. Craft night is open for whatever anyone is working on whether it is scrapbooking, sewing, etc.

2) Wednesday we went to Obedience school for Zoe. She is one of the better one's in class and one of the smallest dogs there. She is doing well, but for some reason I had a hard time getting her to lay down. Perhaps if was because she was in a new area or something i'm not sure. She does it perfectly when we are at home. Hopefully I can get her to do it this week.

3) Thursday we had our writer's group as usual.

4) Ran lots of errands on Saturday. We picked up some stepping stones so that we don't have to trudge through all the mud everytime we would go to the garbage can. Gary accidentally put one down to hard and it broke, but the rest of them survived which was good.

5) We went to the post office to mail off our taxes and as we were coming out they were selling girl scout cookie's so we picked up a couple. We are very excited to get our tax refund back soon, it is almost as much as we put as a downpayment on our house!

6) After church on Sunday we were invited over to a friends house who just moved into our ward for dinner with their two daughters. It was nice to get to know them better.

7) We had another family in our ward who have two little boys come over Monday for FHE. Gary gave a nursery lesson and I played a primary song on the piano. The little 3 year old loved playing with Zoe. After the lesson our guests brought delicious strawberry shortcake.

8) Gary was started to feel sick while at work so I took him home so he could rest.

9) Gary stayed home yesterday since he still wasn't feeling well.

10) We have been having really nice springlike weather lately which is a real blessing and relief from all the snow.
